I had pretty much given up on Denny's because of bad service. On the morn of June 16, 2021 l went in to the one in Perrysburg Ohio and had great food and a extremely friendly manager and staff that restored my faith. Great job guys!

Bad Food and Service!
It took forever for them to give us a table, they just kept ignoring us.
Finally we got a table, waitress took our order for drinks, coffee with cream and water No ice.
We got coffee, ICE Water, no sugar on table we used sugar from another table, no cream, no silverware we used the water straw to stir the coffee.
Any way She came back my daughter ordered steakhouse deluxe bowl and I ordered the prime rib Cobb salad.
Well she came back a little to fast with the order, guess what it was almost cold like they just put it to warm up and my "PRIME RIB" tasted awful! And smelled awful too.
I took me like 5 min. To get a hold of the waitress, no like they were busy they had only 3 tables with customers.
When I told her what happened and she didn't even offer an apology. I told her I didn't want the beef that tasted rotten and smelled awful and her answer was REALLY? They make everything fresh. FRESH! My beef was cold how it was it fresh.
She went back to the kitchen took the beef off and brought me th he same Salad and told me that she out a little more lettuce where the beef was. Also no avocado or the sticks the ones they put instead of croutons.
Any way when she gave me the ticket and I went to pay I was expecting that she take the charges of the beef, guess what nope! I had to pay the whole ticket when I ask her why she was charging me for the beef, she said, well my manager is not here and I can get in trouble if I don't charge you for it.
Come on! Who leaves a restaurant unsupervised a least they should have an assistant manager or some one that can take care of a situation like this.
Well I paid everything but for sure we are not coming back to this location ever!

By the way I didn't eat the Salad.
My Salad didn't had what is circuled and the second picture shows a big chunk of old lettuce.
And I tipped the waitress just because I felt sorry for her been there.

Total kaos at this restaurant in Silver City NM. Phone is not answered,entrance packed with customers who rather leave as nobody is attending the front website has constant errors it was impossible to get a take out order. When my phone call finally went thru,I was hung up on. Long story short, went without lunch today waiting to be attended to with no contact with staff whatsoever. Never will we eat there again!!

I just waited 30 minutes at a Denny’s to just walk away on an empty stomach and upset because of the terrible service and now my son is late to school never again

Mom and I ordered the Mama D’s Pot Roast Bowl and it was pretty terrible. The beef was good, but the carrots were not cooked, had tons of overcooked celery, lumpy, dry mashed potatoes. I don’t know who Mama D is, but she’s a really bad cook. Don’t waste your money on this.

Went to this restaurant for my birthday and was absolutely the worst breakfast ever! I ordered the FIT FARE® VEGGIE SIZZLIN’ SKILLET, and asked for eggs over medium instead of the scrambled egg whites. Waited for at least 30 minutes for our meals and got egg white scramble along with two eggs over what they seemed to believe to be over medium, they were over easy at best. We had to ask for salt and pepper, napkins, and condiments. The wait staff was horrible, the restaurant was very dirty. My husband ordered the Santa Fe Skillet, and it was so overcooked everything tasted charred. We heard other people complain also. We saw on the sign that this place was under new Management, if so, they have a lot of work to do to make this place somewhere that people will go to more that once. We will not be back!

The service here was excellent n the bathrooms were so clean. The staff was so helpful n so nice. Keep it up dennys

Average. If I have to go then i go.

For your B Day they give only 2 pancakes for take out in Illinois. Such a lowsy business during pandemic. No responses from Dennys corporate office after email sent to them.

Karen was a wonderful waitress we had. Food was great. Mike the manager came and talk to us. He was wonderful. Very kind and made sure we had above expectations on our service.

This is Denny’s at McKinley St.
Normally is my favorite but today’s was not pleasure to be there !the waitress Graciela not even smiled at all!the food was like warmed up instead of fresh !so I’m sorry no tip

Upon arriving to Denny’s, me and my sister ordered online for pickup. We later decided when we got here that we were going to dine in. We opened our food to see that there was missing food from our orders. In Addition to napkins missing from our bag so was the salt and pepper on the food. We both bought the Grand Slam and nothing about it was grand...
DENNYS ON UNIVERSITY IN HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA IS A NO.
. Our one request of napkins (because they were not in the togo bag) took 10 mins from the waiter to give, WHEN THERE IS ONLY 3 TABLES IN HERE. We ended up asking a kitchen worker for napkins, practically when we were done eating.This was there moment to shine but they disappointed. I do not want to waste $1 or more at this place. Not coming back again.
